David Cody - Loan Officer
David Cody has been a Professional Mortgage Banker for almost 20 years. He started his career at Key Bank, and then to Vestax Securities, as an investment advisor. Transitioning into the mortgage industry in 2001, he helped his clients through the mortgage crisis of 2008, and understands the many nuances of home financing today. Realtors appreciate the options provided to clients for a new home purchase, and his simple explanation of the loan process. Cody also works with accountants, investment advisors, and attorneys regarding complex estate planning, asset diversification, and divorce. He has traveled all around the world in his mind, and now lives in Peninsula, Ohio. He is not very good as a stand-up comic, and needs your business.
